2 cups bolied & chopped Puso ng Saging
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp iodized salt
spices to taste (optional)

Procedure

  1. heat oil in a pan

  2. mix all ingredients

  3. form into balls

  4. deep fry until light-dark brown

  5. serve

  6. number of balls depend on the size
